Job Title: Sr. Executive / Executive – Business Development

Location: Islampur

Position Overview:

We are seeking proactive and result-oriented professionals for the role of Sr. Executive / Executive – Business Development. The role involves driving B2B and retail business growth by connecting with medical retailers and chemist stores, promoting products and services, and ensuring smooth business operations through strong relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit retailers, chemist stores, and other medical outlets within Islampur and nearby regions as per the planned daily schedule.
  • Meet with medical retailers to promote B2B e-commerce solutions that ensure transparent pricing, assured delivery, and product quality.
  • Generate and process orders to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
  • Coordinate with team leaders to resolve client concerns and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers to ensure long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain daily visit reports and share timely feedback from the field.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience: 2–6 years in B2B, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sales/field operations.
  • Education: Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree (HS-qualified candidates with relevant experience may also apply).
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.

Other Requirements:

  • Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical domain.
