Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential buyers and sellers through various channels to generate leads for property sales, purchases, or rentals.
- Client Needs Assessment: Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties in Coimbatore.
- Property Showings: Conduct property visits and coordinate site visits and client meetings.
- Market Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property valuations, local pricing, and upcoming developments in Coimbatore.
- Sales & Negotiation: Guide clients through the real estate transaction process, negotiate terms, and manage the end-to-end closing process.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture a strong network of clients through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Documentation & CRM: Keep accurate records of client interactions and property details in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Local Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of Coimbatore's local real estate market dynamics, including trends, pricing, and inventory.
- Communication Skills: Proficiency in spoken Tamil and basic English to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Sales & Negotiation: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Technology Proficiency: Basic knowledge of smartphones and internet access for communication and accessing market data.
- Client Focus: A commitment to understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to operate independently and manage workload effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
