The organization is looking for real estate tele caller and relationship manager in the sales department. Primary job will be to work with crm and talk to leads and convert to site visits. This will be for sale and rental properties.
- Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls of the company. This is office job and no involvement in field.
- Work on sales and rental of real estate
- Responsible for managing the sales of the assigned project
- Managing Site visits and follow-up for sales closures
- Manage positive relationship with the customer
- Detailed follow up of sales leads, interactions and documentation
- Supporting the team in identifying properties in assigned region.
- Giving Daily/weekly Report of booking to Business Head
