Job Description

We are hiring a Telesales Executive to handle incoming and outgoing calls, follow up with potential customers, and close quick sales for small products.

No need to generate leads – the company will provide 50+ enquiries per day.

This role is target based with attractive monthly commissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle 50–60 customer enquiries daily (calls & follow-ups)
  • Explain product details clearly and professionally
  • Convert enquiries into sales (quick sales cycle)
  • Maintain call and follow-up records
  • Update customer information in the system
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer support when needed

Required Skills

  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to convince customers and close sales
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and quick learning ability
  • Ability to work in a target-based environment

Preferred Experience

  • Telesales / Telecalling / Inside Sales experience (0–2 years)
  • Freshers with good communication can also apply

Education

  • Any qualification accepted (12th Pass / Graduate)
