Recruitment & Hiring End-to-end hiring of tele-sales, retention, and customer success teams Hiring Work-From-Home Sales Executives across globe Hiring candidates for US time zone (Night Shift) sales process Screening, shortlisting & coordinating interviews Designing job descriptions and hiring strategies for high-volume recruitment Building a strong talent pipeline for international sales roles ???? HR Operations & Management Managing on-boarding, documentation & employee lifecycle Implementing HR policies and performance monitoring systems Managing employee attendance, discipline & reporting Conducting exit interviews and improving retention strategies ???? Employee Engagement & Culture Developing engagement activities to reduce attrition Ensuring team motivation, communication, and productivity Handling employee grievances professionally ????
