Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thrissur for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, addressing employee relations issues, and overseeing HR management tasks. The daily tasks will include recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications

  • HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Experience in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
  • Proficiency in managing Employee Relations issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the finance industry is a plus
