We're looking for a results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through outbound and inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:
2. Build Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.

3. Drive Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by pitching products or services to customers.

4. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product features, benefits, and competitor information.

5. Data Entry: Accurately update customer interactions and sales data in CRM software.

6. Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience.

**Requirements**:
1. Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Malayalam

2. Sales Experience: Prior experience in telesales or sales is preferred.

3. Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and understand products or services.

4. Target-Oriented: Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.

5. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
