Partnership Area Banca Partnership Manager JD- Banca (Telesales)
Manage and drive the telesales business through the Banca Channel:
Take ownership of the telesales vertical within the banca partnership, ensuring consistent business growth and achievement of revenue targets. Plan and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Lead, coach, and motivate a team to achieve sales targets:
Supervise a team of telesales executives or relationship managers, providing regular guidance, performance feedback, and motivation. Identify training needs to enhance their product knowledge, communication, and conversion skills.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner branches:
Collaborate closely with bank branch managers and staff to strengthen the partnership, increase business penetration, and ensure smooth coordination of telesales activities across all branches.
Ensure compliance, productivity, and quality standards:
Monitor telesales operations to maintain adherence to company policies, IRDAI regulations, and quality standards. Implement process improvements to boost efficiency, conversion ratios, and customer satisfaction.
