Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Manager at Shadowfax, located in Ahmedabad with the flexibility for some remote work. The Area Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team of delivery partners, monitor and improve delivery performance, and optimize operational processes to achieve targets. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining compliance with company policies, analyzing metrics, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Team leadership and management experience, with the ability to supervise and motivate delivery partners and operational staff
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve operational challenges
  • Data analysis and decision-making skills to track performance metrics and ensure operational efficiency
  • Communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders effectively
  • Adaptability to manage a hybrid work setup and tackle dynamic operational requirements
  • Proficiency in using technology and logistics management tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the logistics or operations sector is advantageous
