Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager in the Derma Division at The Cura Team, based in Ahmedabad. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and identify growth opportunities within the skincare segment. Daily tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with clients and distributors, providing product education, and analyzing sales data to optimize performance. The role also requires regular market visits and coordination with the marketing and operations teams to enhance overall business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills including prospecting, negotiation, and account management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Proven team leadership and coaching abilities
- Data analysis, strategic planning, and performance optimization skills
- Relevant experience in dermatology or skincare-related sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
