Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining, and repairing Rotatek narrow-web printing machines. This role requires strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems, along with good customer service abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission flexo/offset machines.
- Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and control issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Provide technical support, operator training, and service documentation.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely, quality service.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
- 3-4 years of Experience with Rotatek or similar printing machines preferred.
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, servo drives, sensors, PLCs, and schematic reading.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
Additional Skills
- Understanding of UV curing, tension control, and web-handling systems.
- Familiarity with flexo or offset printing processes.
