we are Hiring for Operation Manager

  • Centralized Disbursement Management: Oversaw the disbursement process for both unsecured and secured loans (Loan Against Property/Machinery/Business Loan/Rent Receivable/Solar) centrally.
  • System Operations: Utilized FinnOne & Jayam LMS  to handle disbursements for both unsecured and secured loans Loan Against Property/Machinery/Business Loan/Rent Receivable/Solar) products efficiently.
  • TAT Management: Ensured timely processing and management of Disbursement Turnaround Time (TAT) for co-lenders.
  • Dispatch Coordination: Ensured accurate and prompt dispatch of loan disbursal kits.
  • Action Tracking & Follow-Ups: Monitored pending actions and conducted follow-ups to ensure resolution. Banking Processes: Managed ECS/PDC presentations, status updates, NACH uploads, and PDC management. Store Management: Supervised custodial activities related to loan files, property documents, PDCs, and stationery.
  • Co-Lending Operations: Handled Co-Origination & co-lending operations in accordance with SOPs.
  • Training & Development: Provided training to junior staff, evaluated management trainees' performance, identified strengths and weaknesses, and organized staff meetings for performance enhancement.
  • RBI Audit Handling: Managed RBI audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and addressing findings effectively. Internal Audit Management: Coordinated internal audits and resolved issues in collaboration with credit and sales teams.
