What you will be doing: Define and prioritize product features based on business requirements and customer feedback as well as project implementation teams.

Create a clear vision and goals to guide the development team and stakeholders.

Develop and maintain product roadmap that aligns with company goals and objectives.

Prioritizing work on the product backlog while the team works on tasks that deliver the most value to the business and customers.

Maintain and do necessary updates of product backlog, including listing, detailing, and product features, requirements, and improvements based on business value or Return on Investment (ROI).

Participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to provide feedback, accept features delivered, and adjust product backlog as needed.

Serving as a bridge between the development team and stakeholders, including customers, business managers, and others involved with the product. Ensures all parties have a clear understanding of the product vision and requirements.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities or existing product improvement.

Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Manage the design of the UI/UX and the business functional analysis. The role requires the management of the delivery of artifacts (e.g., Jira stories, functional specs, mock ups etc.) to allow for clear communication of requirements to the engineering team. Ensuring all quality, usability and reliability standards are met by the engineering delivery.

Support sales managers on deals by aiding in defining the sales plan and working with the customers to communicate the value proposition of the product.

Create implementation guidelines with stakeholders and update Veripark Academy contents related with the product
