Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC & VMC, HMC, VTL Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC (Computer Numerical Control) and VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines. The candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality precision components as per engineering drawings, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and maintaining smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC and VMC machines as per job requirements.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
  • Perform machine offsets, tool changes, and adjustments to achieve required dimensions.
  • Ensure all machined parts meet quality standards using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, etc.).
  • Maintain machines in proper working condition through routine checks and basic preventive maintenance.
  • Monitor production processes and make corrections when necessary.
  • Work closely with the production and quality teams to resolve machining issues.
  • Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workplace.
  • Record daily production data and report any deviations or issues to the supervisor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹24,000.00 per month
