to join the growth-stage climate-tech startup. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling growth and driving demand for our SaaS and EV ecosystem.
About the Role
This is a full-time position for a passionate and data-driven professional who thrives on experimentation and automation. You'll work in our Koramangala office five days a week, collaborating with an ambitious and impact-driven team.
What You'll Do
- Strategize & Execute:
Plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. - Analyze & Align:
Monitor and improve lead quality in our CRM and set up precise tracking using GA4, GTM, and other tools. - Innovate & Automate:
Run rapid growth experiments, explore new channels, and implement automation workflows.
Skills & Experience We're Looking For
- Proven Experience:
3+ years in digital/performance marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS or growth-stage startup. - Tool Proficiency:
Comfortable with Google Ads, GA4, HubSpot, and Mailchimp. - Analytical Mindset:
Ability to think in funnels, test rigorously, and track every engagement.
