Description

We are looking for a Remote Telecaller and Sales Representative to join Bookspotz, a leading online publishing company. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products, and closing sales deals. This position is crucial to our company's growth and revenue generation, making it an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and customer service in the online publishing industry.

As a Remote Telecaller and Sales Rep at Bookspotz, you will be involved in engaging with customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and persuasively presenting our products to drive sales. You will work on a variety of projects aimed at expanding our customer base and increasing sales revenue. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong sales acumen to succeed in a competitive online publishing market.

Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Bookspotz products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Nurture leads and follow up with prospects to close sales deals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to enhance sales efforts.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in telesales, outbound calling, or sales roles.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, persuasive demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets consistently.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure sales deals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools for tracking and managing leads.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining sales records.
  • Adaptability to work in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Knowledge of online publishing industry trends and products is a plus.
