Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Distributor, located in Indore. The Distributor will be responsible for managing the distribution of products, ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining inventory levels, and building relationships with retailers. The Distributor will also be responsible for monitoring market trends, ensuring compliance with company standards, and troubleshooting any distribution issues. The goal is to ensure efficient and smooth distribution operations to maximize customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain management, and distribution
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with inventory management and warehousing
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database management
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
