We're Hiring: Head – General Trade

Are you a sales leader with a passion for driving growth in the FMCG sector? Join us as Head – General Trade, where you'll be responsible for building strong distributor & dealer networks, leading regional teams, and ensuring revenue growth across markets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead General Trade (GT) operations with a focus on distributor and dealer networks.

Expand into under-penetrated regions and onboard new distributors.

Drive effective beat planning and enhance salesforce productivity.

Monitor distributor performance, resolve conflicts, and ensure ROI on trade schemes.

Conduct distributor meets, product launches, and engagement events.

Ensure adherence to credit policies and collection targets.

Collaborate with regional sales teams to achieve volume & market share growth.

Track performance with structured weekly/monthly reviews.

Requirements

7–10 years of FMCG sales experience, with strong exposure to distributor & dealer management.

Proven track record in expanding GT networks across regions.

Expertise in incentive design & implementation for sales teams.

Hands-on experience in beat planning, MIS, and sales tracking tools.

Strong leadership skills to manage large regional sales teams.

Graduate/MBA with strong FMCG domain knowledge.
