Sales Executive

- Sales & Promotion:
- Identify and target potential small and medium enterprises (SMEs) for MSME loan offerings.
- Promote MSME loan products to business owners and entrepreneurs.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable loan solutions based on their business needs.
- Customer Interaction:
- Meet with business owners and key decision-makers to assess their financing needs.
- Explain the features, benefits, interest rates, and repayment options of MSME loans to clients.
- Assist customers in completing loan applications and the necessary documentation for loan approval.
- Target Achievement:
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets as set by management.
- Track sales activities, customer interactions, and lead progress, and provide regular updates to the management team.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Ensure all loan applications, documentation, and processes comply with company policies, banking regulations, and legal requirements.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on trends in the MSME sector, and Provide feedback to management on market conditions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education:
- Graduate
- Experience:
- Previous experience in sales for 1-2 years, especially in MSME loans, commercial banking, or financial products.
- Experience in working with SMEs and understanding their financing requirements is highly preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze customer financials and recommend appropriate loan products.
- Understanding of MSME business challenges and financial needs.
Personal Attributes:
- Self-driven and goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of financial products, loan documentation, and credit appraisal processes.
Compensation:
- Salary 40-50K pm + attractive commission structure based on sales performance.
- Travelling expenses as actual.
