
Campaign Marketing Specialist

- Support audience targeting and segmentation to ensure campaigns reach the right customers.
- Drive optimization by implementing A/B testing and campaign best practices.
- Ensure campaigns follow compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Who you are and what you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing operations or campaign management.
- Hands-on experience using any marketing automation or campaign management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, Adobe Campaign, Pardot etc.).
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to run multiple campaigns at once.
- Comfortable working with campaign reports and performance dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with data-driven campaign optimization and funnel performance improvement.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign measurement best practices.
- Understanding of compliance and data privacy regulations.
