About the Role:

We're seeking a passionate and performance-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our growing team

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can take full ownership of campaigns, manage end-to-end execution, and deliver measurable results. This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys creating impact through strategic paid marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lead generation.
  • Conduct performance analysis and prepare detailed campaign reports.
  • Develop creative ad copies, experiment with targeting strategies, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, PPC, and Performance Campaigns.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of tasks.
