About The Role
We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead a Global Education's marketing strategy — driving digital, content, and on-ground initiatives for our global university partners. You'll own social media strategy, performance marketing, content execution, and campus marketing programs across key markets.

What You'll Do

  • Lead social media and digital marketing roadmap, aligning it with business growth goals.
  • Oversee performance marketing campaigns, drive ROI and conversion-based outcomes.
  • Manage creative agencies and vendors to execute campaigns efficiently.
  • Build and execute content calendars across global education themes.
  • Lead and scale the campus ambassador and event marketing programs.
  • Mentor a small marketing team and collaborate with leadership on brand and lead generation initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably across digital and brand strategy.
  • Proven track record in social media management, performance marketing, and content creation.
  • Strong experience managing agencies and marketing budgets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Passion for education, youth marketing, and international student engagement.
