What you'll own (80/20)

Talent Acquisition (Primary)

  • Source smart (LinkedIn/Naukri/referrals), screen with scorecards, run tight interview loops
  • Manage offers, references, and joiners; keep ATS/tracker squeaky clean; weekly TA MIS

People Experience (Secondary)

  • Pre-boarding → Day-1 welcome → 30/60/90 check-ins
  • Lead Buddy Program, office tour, culture/tools induction
  • Drive simple, fun engagement rituals (huddles, learning hours, shout-outs)

Must-haves

  • 2–5 years end-to-end TA (business/advisory/corp roles a plus)
  • Hands-on LinkedIn/Boolean/Naukri, interview coordination, offer negotiation
  • Solid English, docs/MIS skills (Excel/Sheets), stakeholder management

Nice-to-have

  • Consulting/professional services or hospitality exposure
  • Built/improved onboarding/Buddy Programs; familiarity with ATS

How we measure success (first 90 days)

  • Speed:
    ≤21 days TAT for priority roles
  • Quality:
    80%+ new hires meet/exceed at 90-day review
  • Experience:
    90%+ positive Day-30 NPS
  • Process:
    Clean ATS + weekly dashboards
