Job Title: U.S. Accountant – Tax & Finance Specialist

About Us

SynergyHealth 360 PLLC is a U.S.-based multi-specialty healthcare organization. Along with providing end-to-end credentialing, billing, and RCM services, we manage robust accounting and finance operations for our providers and group practices. We are seeking an experienced U.S. Accountant with strong knowledge of taxation, financial reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file U.S. Federal and State tax returns for individuals, businesses, and healthcare entities.
• Maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, IRS regulations, and tax codes.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
• Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and tax strategy to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based providers and management teams to address financial and compliance matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent U.S. accounting certification preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven U.S. accounting and tax experience.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. taxation (federal & state), payroll, and financial regulations.
• Strong experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar U.S. accounting software.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working night shifts (aligning with U.S. business hours).

Work Schedule

Timings: 8:00 PM IST – 5:00 AM IST
