About the Role
We're hiring a
Program Manager
to lead product delivery and ensure excellence in execution and quality. In this senior role, you will oversee the planning and coordination of multi-team initiatives, define and scale delivery processes, and set the quality bar for our platform. You'll act as a connective leader across Product, Engineering, and Design—driving alignment, surfacing risks early, and ensuring what we ship is reliable, testable, and valuable.
This role requires someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity, influencing without micromanaging, and creating systems that make teams more effective at scale. You'll shape how we deliver, test, and iterate—not just for today's sprints, but for the long-term maturity of our product organization.
What You'll Do

Orchestrate Program Delivery
: Own the delivery roadmap across teams. Establish and facilitate sprint and release rituals, ensure dependencies are managed, and maintain clear priorities and timelines.

Define and Scale UAT Practices
: Build frameworks and processes for user acceptance testing, ensuring product increments meet defined standards. Guide teams on best practices in testability, quality metrics, and structured validation.

Set Quality Standards
: Establish the "Definition of Done" and acceptance criteria at a program level. Provide the governance and accountability to ensure these standards are consistently met.

Elevate Requirements
: Partner with Product leadership to shape user stories and requirements into unambiguous, testable, and outcome-oriented deliverables.

Cross-Functional Alignment
: Act as the central coordination point between Product, Engineering, Design, and external stakeholders. Anticipate risks, present mitigation paths, and keep communication crisp.
●
Operationalize Test Environments
: Ensure stable, scalable staging environments, test data frameworks, and checklists exist for core workflows (e.g., onboarding, payments, approvals, document automation).

Institutionalize Knowledge
: Evolve documentation practices and shared knowledge systems across tools like Confluence, Figma, Sheets, and FigJam. Standardize project templates (PRDs, release playbooks, UAT frameworks).

Measure and Improve
: Track and report delivery health (velocity, carryover, time-to-release, defect escape rates) at a program level. Use data to continuously improve cadence, quality, and team performance.
Your Background
●5–8 years in program/project delivery or product operations within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
●Proven success in leading multi-squad agile programs with tools like Linear, Jira, or Asana.
●Strong experience defining and scaling QA/UAT processes at a program level, not just individual sprints.
●Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
●Exceptional communication and organizational skills; you align leadership, keep teams accountable, and make complexity easy to navigate.
●Experience working across distributed teams with overlap to U.S. time zones.
Even Better If You Have…
●Experience in fintech, enterprise workflows, or domains with regulated/document-heavy processes.
●Familiarity with automation, data validation, or scripting (SQL, Python) for scaling test operations.
●Exposure to GenAI, Agentic AI, or RPA workflows—particularly testing and validating emergent agent behaviors.
Background in enterprise change management or business process mapping to align technology delivery with operational adoption.
