Role & responsibilities
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a warm, service-oriented attitude to ensure a welcoming and professional environment at the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors with courtesy and professionalism.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments in the system.
- Maintain patient records and update appointment logs accurately.
- Coordinate with therapists, doctors, and clinic staff for smooth operations.
- Handle billing, payments, and receipt generation.
- Oversee the reception area to ensure cleanliness and a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and stock updates (ID cards, visiting cards, etc. if required).
- Provide information about clinic services, treatments, and products to visitors/patients.
Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma (any stream); preference for Hospitality/Healthcare background.
- Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or customer service role preferred (wellness/healthcare/ayurveda sector a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and patient-friendly approach.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy clinic environment.
