Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Critical Care Application Manager located in Kolkata. The Critical Care Application Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of critical care applications. Duties include coordinating with healthcare providers to understand and address their needs, managing the integration of applications with existing systems, providing user training and support, and ensuring timely updates and upgrades. The role requires a strong understanding of critical care workflows and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing critical care applications and healthcare IT systems
  • Strong understanding of critical care workflows and clinical processes
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving application issues
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with healthcare providers and team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Information Management, Computer Science, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Kolkata
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
