We're now seeking a
Project Head for Product Development
to lead the end-to-end design, engineering, and production of our first-generation electrical ORAL Care Products.

Role Overview

As the
Project Head
, you'll own the complete product development lifecycle — from concept and prototyping to manufacturing and launch. You'll collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, firmware, and design experts while managing suppliers, testing partners, and contract manufacturers.

This is a
hands-on leadership role
ideal for an engineer or product developer who loves building real-world consumer hardware.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    end-to-end development
    of the electric Oral Care products — concept, design, prototyping, testing, tooling, and production.
  • Translate
    user needs and market research
    into technical specifications and design requirements.
  • Manage and guide a
    cross-functional team
    of mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineers, as well as industrial designers.
  • Work closely with
    manufacturing partners
    to ensure design for manufacturability (DFM), assembly (DFA), and cost efficiency.
  • Oversee
    prototype testing, validation, and compliance
    for CE/FCC/BIS, IPX waterproofing, safety, and reliability standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors for component sourcing (motors, batteries, PCBs, bristles, plastics, etc.).
  • Maintain product development timelines, budgets, and quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business teams to align product roadmap with launch goals.

    culture of innovation
