As part of the Western Region team, you will report directly to the Head of Development & Expansion. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the identification, evaluation, and negotiation of new hotel ventures through a variety of avenues such as management contracts, lease agreements, or acquisitions throughout India. Your day-to-day tasks will include: - Spotting new development prospects (including greenfield, brownfield, acquisitions, leases, or joint ventures) - Conducting initial market research and feasibility studies - Engaging with property owners, consultants, and brokers - Crafting investment proposals and internal concept notes - Managing negotiations of term sheets and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with support from the legal team - Collaborating with the Projects, Finance, and Operations departments to evaluate project viability To excel in this role, you should hold: - An MBA or a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Real Estate, or Finance years of relevant experience in hotel development, real estate, or consulting - Strong negotiation and financial analysis skills - A willingness to travel extensively is a must to succeed in this dynamic environment.,
