You will be a key member of Paul Resorts & Hotels, a renowned player in the hospitality industry with award-winning properties like Kumarakom Lake Resort, Coorg Wilderness Resort & Spa, The Paul Bangalore, and Forte Kochi. Our company is esteemed for its premium wines, Big Banyan collection, and Paul John Single Malt Whiskies, offering luxury experiences that seamlessly blend traditional architecture with modern comforts. As part of the Western Region team, you will report directly to the Head of Development & Expansion. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the identification, evaluation, and negotiation of new hotel ventures through a variety of avenues such as management contracts, lease agreements, or acquisitions throughout India. Your day-to-day tasks will include: - Spotting new development prospects (including greenfield, brownfield, acquisitions, leases, or joint ventures) - Conducting initial market research and feasibility studies - Engaging with property owners, consultants, and brokers - Crafting investment proposals and internal concept notes - Managing negotiations of term sheets and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with support from the legal team - Collaborating with the Projects, Finance, and Operations departments to evaluate project viability To excel in this role, you should hold: - An MBA or a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Real Estate, or Finance years of relevant experience in hotel development, real estate, or consulting - Strong negotiation and financial analysis skills - A willingness to travel extensively is a must to succeed in this dynamic environment.,
