Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement fire safety protocols and procedures
  • Lead and coordinate firefighting and emergency response activities
  • Conduct regular inspections of fire protection systems and equipment
  • Train and educate staff on fire safety and emergency procedures
  • Participate in fire drills and exercises
  • Investigate fire incidents and determine causes
  • Manage and maintain firefighting equipment and vehicles
  • Collaborate with external emergency services and agencies
  • Develop and update emergency response plans
  • Supervise and mentor firefighting personnel
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and standards
  • Oversee risk assessments and implement appropriate control measures
  • Conduct safety audits and inspections
  • Prepare incident reports and documentation
  • Manage budget and resources for fire safety operations
Required Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Fire Science, Emergency Management, or related field
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in firefighting and emergency response
  3. Strong knowledge of fire safety codes and standards
  4. Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
  5. Ability to work effectively in high-stress and emergency situations
  6. Proficiency in using firefighting equipment and tools
  7. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
