Fire & Safety Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular fire risk assessments and inspections across hospital facilities.
- Ensure all fire detection and suppression systems (alarms, extinguishers, hydrants, sprinklers) are functional and maintained.
- Develop and update hospital fire safety and emergency evacuation plans.
- Conduct fire drills and staff training on evacuation and fire response procedures.
- Monitor compliance with local fire safety laws, hospital accreditation standards, and NABH requirements.
- Liaise with local fire authorities and ensure readiness for audits or emergencies.
- Lead emergency response during fire incidents until external agencies arrive.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Fire & Safety Engineering or equivalent.
- Certification in Fire Safety
- 2–5 years' experience in fire safety, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of hospital safety protocols and emergency management.

Pay: ₹360, ₹480,000.00 per year
