We are seeking Customer Care Representatives to be the first point of contact for customers. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive and seamless experience across all communication channels. This role is a perfect fit for both freshers looking to start their career and seasoned professionals with a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries via phone and sometimes email.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate and complete information about our products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex issues and ensure a swift resolution.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Proactively identify customer needs and suggest new products or services to management.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and build sustainable relationships.
Qualifications & Skills:
For Freshers:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A customer-focused and positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Patience and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
For Experienced Professionals:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex customer issues and de-escalate difficult situations.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Strong active listening skills and empathy.
- Experience in a call center or customer support environment is a plus.
Salary (Based on Interview)
1) Noida
- Fresher: - Up to 22k CTC
- Experience: - Max. - 25k CTC (Domestic), 38k CTC (International) and 41k CTC (Technical International)
2) Gurugram
- Fresher: - Up to 25k CTC
- Experience: - Up to 45k CTC
3) Lucknow
- Fresher: - Up to 18k CTC
- Experience: - Up to 24k CTC
