An Associate Manager in Finance is responsible to provide financial, administrative and clerical support by ensuring payments are completed and expenses are controlled by receiving payments, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.

Making an impact. What will you do?

In this role, you will be ensuring timely and quality preparation of management accounts and reports

Also, you will be involved in preparation of annual accounts, consolidation of financials which includes closure of statutory audit, cost audit, tax audit on time and with quality work

You will be responsible for submission of other reports like. Lease tool, UPO assessment as per IFRS reporting requirement, managing statutory, cost and Internal audit

Also, you will ensure Internal Financial Control/SOX requirements met as per group and local reporting requirements

Supports the line/business segment partners with all their accounting needs

Additionally, you will prepare analysis for monthly results for sharing and working closely with FP&A team, monitor timely and quality submission of actual reporting data to Linde Group for consolidation and ensure reconciliation of financial numbers being reported in SAP

In addition to this, you will work on digitalization of Financials automation

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

You have 2+ years of experience in financial operations function with multinational/Big 4 of which at least 2-3 years must be in associate/managerial position

Further, you have Accounting degree or Finance degree with professional qualification (CA/comparable qualification is preferable)

You also have an excellent communication, coaching and mentoring skills, strong data presentation and PowerPoint & Excel skills
