We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to support our operations and client interactions. As the backbone of day-to-day coordination, you will ensure smooth communication, timely documentation, and effective follow-ups across teams, clients, and vendors.
What You'll Do
First Point of Contact: Take first calls for new enquiries and route to the right team.
- Documentation: Prepare & send invoices, maintain data, and keep CRMs updated.
- Follow-ups: Reconnect with cold prospects and log all updates.
Operational Support: Schedule meetings/site visits and assist with vendor communication.
What We Expect
Experience in admin/coordination/customer service (design industry preferred).
- Strong communication in English and Hindi/Marathi.
- Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Organized, detail-oriented, and a problem-solver.
