Responsibility

  • Handle queries and returns and build brand quality.
  • Monitor and manage POs, invoices, inventory and deliveries.
  • Develop SKUs in Zoho and sync with Amazon and Shopify.
  • Schedule shipment via Amazon Easy Ship, FBA, Blinkit and Shopify, and audit the Amazon account and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

Freshers and any graduates with strong communication skills.

Being open to learning new skills and having the ability to collaborate with colleagues and work on group assignments.
