Role Overview: You will be joining Zell Education as Deputy Manager IT, where you will play a crucial role in driving the integration, optimization, and transformation of the technology ecosystem to support business growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and integrate organizational systems such as CRM, LMS, SAAS platforms, telephony, ticketing systems, and marketing channels. - Conduct market research, gap assessments, requirement analysis, and build roadmaps for projects. - Act as the central project coordinator to ensure alignment and smooth execution across multiple stakeholders. - Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and implement cost-effective strategies for strong, reliable partnerships. - Manage company IT assets and maintain a robust network infrastructure for connectivity, security, and maximum value utilization. - Design and implement standardized, automated processes across departments to improve operational efficiency. - Lead digital initiatives for modernizing operations, automating workflows, and enhancing organizational capabilities through innovative technology solutions. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3+ years of IT experience, preferably in a startup environment. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with system integration, CRM, LMS, telephony, SAAS platforms, and marketing channels. - Proven expertise in project management, including research, gap analysis, requirement gathering, and roadmap planning. - Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to lead digital transformation initiatives and optimize organizational processes.,
