Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Job Description:

  • Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) accurately and on time.
  • Manage and update service reports regularly.
  • Track AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) records for customers.
  • Coordinate with service engineers for scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Oversee spares in/out movement with Distribution Centers (DC).
  • Maintain and organize related documents (service reports, GRNs, AMC).
  • Keep vehicle maintenance and insurance records up to date.
  • Manage general store operations, including inventory and stock.
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained and perform regular audits.
  • Manage supplier and vendor relationships for timely deliveries.
  • Supervise and guide store staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and store policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in store management or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems.
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and AMC records is a plus.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in service reports, AMC records, and coordination with engineers.
  • Familiarity with store operations in a technical or service environment.
