Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Store Manager role located in Hosur. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing personnel, effectively controlling stock, and maintaining the quality of the store. They will be responsible for creating and implementing a robust customer service plan and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Store Manager will also be responsible for mitigating retail loss prevention and promoting the store's product offerings.

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and retail management software
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in retail management or customer service roles

Salary

  • The selected candidate will be provided a salary of Rs.22000/- initially.
  • Incentives will be provided after 3 months.
  • Accommodation will be provided by the company.
