Stores Officer

The following shall be the duties and responsibilities of the store officer Primary points of responsibility for materials management for the site Ensures optimization of all materials management activities including scheduling purchasing inventory control materials movement supplier performance measurement and indirect materials management Responsible for the implementation support and compliance of operational goods flow SOP to facilitate the fulfillment process from production planning to material procurement Facilitates interaction with sourcing Engineering Accounting Marketing and Quality assurance in support of the business s strategic goals Develop and drive countermeasures for underperforming key processes and or material suppliers Provide leadership in selecting developing and evaluating personnel to ensure the efficient operation of materials functions Engages in the typical responsibilities of a manger requiring planning evaluating organizing integrating and delegating Organize activities assigning jobs accordingly to the staff requirements Provide required support as needed during supplier selection process Develop and implement a professional development program for materials personnel Drive improved supplier relationships Performs other duties as assigned DESIRED SKILLS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Degree Master degree with experience of minimum 2-3 years Good mathematical skills and familiarity with analytical quantitative calculations Strong communication skills both written and oral Good organizational skills and ability to handle manpower Immediate Joiner Preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 22 059 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
