Store Assistant Manager Officer Location Gandhidham Gujarat Industry Steel Manufacturing Heavy Engineering Salary 62 000 per month CTC Department Stores Material Management Job Purpose To efficiently manage store operations including receipt storage issue and documentation of materials in compliance with company procedures and safety standards ensuring uninterrupted support to production and maintenance departments Key Responsibilities Supervise daily store activities including material receipt inspection storage and issuance Maintain accurate stock records in ERP Excel systems Ensure proper identification labeling and binning of all materials Monitor inventory levels and prepare reports for reorder and consumption Coordinate with purchase production and accounts departments for smooth operations Manage store audits physical stock verification and reconciliation Handle MRN Material Receipt Note GRN Issue Slips and Return Notes documentation Ensure proper storage of consumables spares tools lubricants and raw materials as per category Implement 5S and safety practices in the store area Supervise store staff and ensure timely material availability to user departments Skills Required Strong knowledge of store and material management systems Proficiency in MS Excel ERP or similar software Sound understanding of steel plant or heavy engineering inventory systems Excellent coordination documentation and communication skills Ability to handle fast-moving spare parts and consumables management Qualification and Experience Graduate Diploma in any discipline preferably in Material Management or Engineering 5 - 10 years of experience in Store Material Department preferably from Steel Heavy Engineering Industry Working Hours 8Hours Shift Duty as per Plant Schedule How to Apply Send your updated resume to resume theactivegroup in For inquiries 6358812301 9904582301 Job Type Full-time Pay 45 837 00 - 70 207 91 per month Work Location In person
