About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Process Flow & Documentation Specialist to recreate, update, and manage process flow diagrams and related documentation. The role involves working closely with multiple departments to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely approvals for over 800 processes and 1800+ documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recreate process flow diagrams in editable form using MS PowerPoint following BPMN methodology.
  • Update process flows and documents as per inputs from respective functions/departments.
  • Edit and maintain document content in MS Word with proper sequencing, grammatical accuracy, and integration of graphics.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to clarify requirements.
  • Link process flows with associated documents and store in SharePoint.
  • Initiate approval workflows for updated processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in process mapping and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge of BPMN method for process flow creation.
  • Strong grammar, formatting, and visual content creation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in corporate documentation or process management roles.
  • Strong organizational and progress tracking skills.
