Role & responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role for a Asst. Vice President of Sales located in Bangalore. This role responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving business development, overseeing sales operations, and managing key accounts. They will develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets, analyse sales data to enhance performance, and build strong relationships with clients to secure new business opportunities.
Preferred candidate profile
Strategic Sales Planning
Designing and executing mid-to-long-term sales strategies
Understanding market dynamics and customer segmentation
Lead Generation & Conversion
Developing and optimizing channels (B2B, B2C, brokers, digital, etc.)
CRM usage and sales pipeline management (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Revenue & Target Management
Target forecasting, P&L understanding
- Achieving and exceeding KPIs, occupancy targets (hospitality), and sales volumes (real estate)
Industry-Specific Knowledge
Housing & Real Estate:
- Real estate market trends, pricing strategies
- Regulatory knowledge (RERA, property laws)
- Builder, broker, and channel partner management
- Knowledge of residential/commercial projects, township development
Hospitality:
- Hospitality sales cycles (corporate, MICE, OTA, travel agents)
- Revenue per available room (RevPAR), ADR, occupancy metrics
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and booking engines
- Relationship building with corporate clients, travel agencies, etc.
Analytical & Tech Skills
- Data-driven decision-making and ROI analysis
- Proficiency in CRM, Excel, and sales reporting tools
- Market mapping and competitive analysis
Leadership & Team Management
- Leading and mentoring sales teams
- Cross-functional collaboration (marketing, operations, finance)
- Conflict resolution and motivation strategies
Relationship Management
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Building long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), corporates, and brokers
- Networking within industry forums, events, and expos

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Delivering compelling sales pitches and investor presentations
- Client relationship building at CXO level
Customer-Centric Mindset
- Understanding buyer behavior and tailoring offerings
