Job Summary:

As a Discovery Lead within the POSIG Process Optimization team, you will analyze and transform business processes across Payments Operations. You will leverage diagnostic tools and data-driven insights to identify and deliver impactful improvements. Your work will enable global scalability and enhance operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform business process reviews to identify improvement opportunities
• Conduct data-driven analysis to quantify benefits and gain insights
• Collaborate with Operations leaders and key partners across the bank
• Learn and leverage diagnostic toolsets such as Process Mining and Task Capture
• Lead data analysis and connect diagnostic datasets for process improvement
• Manage analysis projects to deliver outcomes within defined timeframes
• Compile and present updates to stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Explore and understand business problems using advanced tools
• Deliver process improvement insights to key stakeholders
• Communicate effectively to share analysis outputs
• Support adoption of emerging technologies in process optimization

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Demonstrate experience in business analysis for process improvement in financial organizations
• Transform and analyze data using tools such as Alteryx and Excel
• Exhibit natural curiosity to understand business processes and their rationale
• Show interest in adopting emerging technologies like generative AI and agentic automation
• Solve complex problems with sound judgment and appropriate analytical approaches
• Manage time efficiently to handle multiple concurrent work items
• Build relationships and influence colleagues and partners effectively

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Utilize Process Mining, Task Capture, and Task Mining analysis tools
• Model business processes with BPMN, simulation, and Decision Modelling using Signavio
• Apply knowledge and experience of Payments products
• Track project tasks and deliverables using JIRA
• Integrate advanced process analysis methodologies
• Enhance process optimization through innovative toolsets
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within Payments Operations
