Job Title- Senior full stack developer

Location- Remote (Mon- Fri)

Job Overview-

As a Senior full stack developer, you will lead the hands-on development of our SaaS product's

core features, mentoring junior engineers while implementing high-quality code for the

frontend and Laravel 12 backend. This role requires expertise in full-stack development to deliver

robust, user-centric solutions on AWS EC2 infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Lead the implementation of key features, from frontend UI/UX components in to backend API services in Laravel 12.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices like SOLID principles and test-driven development (TDD).
  • Collaborate with the Software Architect to translate designs into functional code and optimize for performance.
  • Mentor Software Engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
  • Integrate third-party services, handle data migrations, and ensure seamless API interactions.
  • Debug and resolve complex issues, including performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes on AWS EC2.
  • Participate in agile processes, including sprint planning and demos.
  • Monitor application health post-launch and suggest enhancements for scalability and user experience.

Qualifications and Requirements-

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with EVSE, BESS, MODBUS given special consideration and eligible for upgraded job title.
  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with strong proficiency in , Laravel/PHP, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience with databases (e.g., SQL/NoSQL), state management (e.g., Vuex/Pinia), and API security.
  • Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS) and tools like Git, Composer, and npm.
  • Proven ability to lead small teams or features in a SaaS context.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with unit/integration testing frameworks (e.g., PHPUnit, Jest).
