We're looking for a
Senior Developer / Tech Lead
who can own the architecture and development of MindLink and its ecosystem. This isn't just about writing code; it's about building a product that redefines how psychometrics and AI work together — across digital ads, content strategies, and beyond.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the development of MindLink's web applications and supporting digital solutions.
  • Architect scalable front-end and back-end systems that integrate with platforms like DSPs, publishers, and data partners.
  • Draft and execute technical integration plans with external stakeholders.
  • Provide architectural guidance and explore product extensibility for new use cases (audience taxonomies, keyword integration, etc.).
  • Work closely with designers, data scientists, and business teams to align features with user and client needs.
  • Mentor junior developers, ensure smooth delivery, and take ownership of technical priorities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's in IT, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years in full-stack development: MERN/MEAN stack, , , , HTML/CSS/JS.
  • Experience with animation libraries ), Python/MySQL, AWS/Linux.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and making technical decisions with confidence.
  • Bonus: Experience with psychometric tools, adtech/martech products, or CMS; familiarity with Git/Github/Bitbucket.
