The Role

We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer to work on US based project. You'll work offshore in India, collaborating with designers, PMs, and fellow engineers based at USA to deliver solutions.

Your primary stack will include Python (Flask/FastAPI) and , and we'll lean on your experience

to help bring our AI features to life.

You'll help us build reliable and elegant solutions—whether it's a new API, a dynamic front-end view,

or an AI-based assistant feature that integrates with our internal data.

Responsibilities


• Build and maintain full-stack features using Python (Flask/FastAPI) and


• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other devs to define scope and architecture


• Work on new AI-powered features (e.g., chatbots, document analysis, retrieval-augmented generation)


• Write clean, maintainable code with an emphasis on readability and testability


• Participate in peer reviews and give thoughtful feedback


• Contribute to technical decisions and improve dev workflows

Technology Experience


• Minimum 5+ years of experience building production-grade web applications


• Proficiency in Python (Flask or FastAPI) and JavaScript/TypeScript with


• Experience working across the full stack—APIs, front-end views, and database interactions


• Exposure to AI/LLM-based tools or workflows (e.g., built a chatbot, implemented a vector search, experimented with LLM APIs)

Required skills


• Availability for at least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern Time zone


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills


• Worked in offshore role for US or any international software development project

Nice to Have


• Experience working on multi-product teams or internal tooling


• Familiarity with basic DevOps, CI/CD, or AWS


• Comfortable experimenting with LLM platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Bedrock, etc.) and vector search solutions
