A. Role Objective
To provide high quality executive assistance to the Group Head - Manufacturing, and generate MIS reports and analyze the progress of Key initiatives in Manufacturing Department.
Functional Responsibilities
- Work closely with Group Head – Manufacturing and furnish all the information, reports & MIS required by coordinating with respective functional and business heads.
- Responsible for coordinating, monitoring and analyzing the progress of key initiatives-based on strategic metrics of Manufacturing Department and be accountable for reporting and rectifying deficiencies observed.
- Understand and coordinate for all the manufacturing units for their daily work management through timely follow up and track progress and report to Group Head – Manufacturing.
- Prepare the Key Result Areas of all the staffs across Manufacturing units to analyze their performance metrics and evaluate performance.
- Finalize the ROI calculations for all the projects and factory investment by liaising & coordinating with Finance team of Malabar Group.
- Responsible for recording and filing minutes of departmental review meetings with all the factories and central team, prepare weekly MIS and inform Group Head - Manufacturing for further action.
- Responsible for the execution of the PQCD format in all the Manufacturing locations to drive performance culture.
- Responsible for the Daily Work Management (DWM) of employees in the respective units and provide support in resolving operational issues in consultation with superiors.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role incumbent from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting manager and HR.
