
Executive Assistant to CEO cum Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart and professional Executive Assistant to CEO cum Receptionist to manage our front desk and manage CEO work schedules.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly.
- Manage front office operations, including handling inquiries and directing visitors to the right department.
- Maintain visitor records and front desk security protocols.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, letters).
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, data entry, and filing.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain discretion at all times.
- Track and follow up on pending actions and commitments of the CEO
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters requiring the CEO's attention.
- Draft professional emails, letters, and internal memos on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely flow of information.
- Liaise with clients, partners, and external agencies as directed by the CEO.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate (preferred).
- Prior experience in reception/administration is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Power point and email handling).
- Pleasant personality, customer-friendly, and well-organized.
