We are Hiring Quality Head for a Manufacturing Company in Hingna MIDC Nagpur

Position: Quality Head

Salary: Up-to 40K

Qualifications Diploma/Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical)

Industry: Sheet Metal Manufacturing

Location: Hingna MIDC, Nagpur, Maharashtra

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Process & inspection with the preparation of all reports
  • Has instrument knowledge. Preparing daily in-house rejection report.
  • Should be able to read drawings and have Knowledge of them.
  • Checking and preparing the inspection report for all incoming material.
  • Inward quality Has knowledge of 5s, kaizen, 1s & 2s PDI report generation
  • To check & Prepare the Layout Inspection Report as per the plan Plan, manage, and oversee all elements of quality methods

Preferred Skills

Maintaining of ISO compliance Quality control tool – control chart Quality engineering 1S, 2s, 5s, MS Office root cause analysis- corrective actions good Communication knowledge of ISO Kaizen Quality Checking
