With a strong presence online and offline, we are scaling our digital-first journey and are now building a dedicated in-house performance marketing division to drive growth, retention, and long-term brand impact
Role Description
We are looking for a full time in-house Performance Marketing Leader (6–7+ years experience) with a proven track record of running high-scale ad campaigns and retention funnels. The ideal candidate will own Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp & Email Marketing, and will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and scaling performance marketing for Paras Gallery Fabrics.
This is a leadership role where you will directly build and head our performance marketing division, manage a monthly ad budget of ₹5-10 lakhs+, and build systems for customer acquisition and retention.
Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands will be mandatory.
Salary will be competitive and as per industry standards
Qualifications
- 6–7+ years of experience in fashion performance marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Retention Marketing (Email/WhatsApp)
- Proven ability to manage large monthly budgets (₹10L+) and deliver measurable results
- Strong analytical skills; hands-on with tools like GA4, GSC, GMC, Ads Manager, Whatsapp API, Mailchimp, etc
- Experience in fashion, apparel, or D2C/e-commerce is required
- Full-time availability with on-site presence (Lajpat Nagar, Delhi), 6 days working
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end performance marketing strategy and execution across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, WhatsApp, and Email
- Own and optimize ad budgets (₹10L+ per month) to deliver on ROAS, CAC, and revenue targets
- Build and scale retention funnels (Email, WhatsApp, remarketing flows, loyalty campaigns)
- Analyze performance data, identify insights, and continuously improve campaign efficiency
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to design high-impact campaigns
- Mentor and lead a small team, driving performance marketing as a key growth function
